The data we collect depends entirely on the license type you are using:
A. Enterprise Users (Offline)
We do not collect automatic telemetry from Enterprise versions. We only process data you voluntarily provide for billing purposes:
- Contact information (Email, Company Name).
- Billing Reports (Cluster IDs, Total Bytes Saved, Timestamps).
B. Education Users (Online)
The Education version requires a connection to our license servers to function. We automatically collect the following technical data to prevent license abuse:
- IP Address (Location and ISP verification).
- Hardware Fingerprint (Unique Machine ID).
- GPU Count and Model.
- Process Name and execution duration.
3. Purpose of Processing
We process this data for the following purposes:
- License Enforcement: Verifying that Education licenses are not being used in commercial data centers (e.g., AWS, Azure) in violation of our Terms.
- Billing: Verifying savings-based billing metrics for Enterprise customers.
- Security: Detecting piracy, tampering, and reverse engineering attempts.
4. Data Transfer and Disclosure
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data is stored on secure servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA).
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of Access: You may request access to the data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Right to Object: You may object to certain types of processing.
Important: For Education License users, the collection of technical validation data is a mandatory condition for using the free software. If you object to this processing, you must cease using the Education version immediately.
